It's comfortable to carry over distance especially if you put your body armour/helmet in your bergen plus you can carry LOADS of junk so you can get away with not carrying a daysack 1/2 the time. If you’re using it for anything other than airsoft or the odd bit of training I wouldnt recommend it. The PLCE is perfectly fine as it is and I would probably say it has things going for it over the Alice.
